We are seeking responsive and contemporary apartment owners in Riga who are willing to offer their properties for long-term rental to employees of a large, internationally renowned company. Our preference lies with well-furnished apartments located in the city centre or the Silent Centre area. However, we are open to considering properties in other areas of Riga and beyond.

Please note that the available housing must be ready for rental within one to three months, with a minimum rental period of 12 months.

• We will draft a legally sound rental agreement in three languages (Latvian, English, and Russian), along with a professional apartment handover deed;
• We will oversee the signing of the rental agreement and the handover deed for both parties (including e-signatures)
• We will handle the handover of the keys to the new tenant, while documenting the initial condition of the property and taking the meter readings;
• We will provide guidance and assistance with registering the rental agreement in the Land Registry.

The service is also available if you permanently live or stay abroad – remote signing of rental documents can be arranged by using SMART-ID authentication.
 

What are the costs involved?

Our service fee is equivalent to one month's rent. However, in certain cases, we may adjust this fee based on mutual agreement.
