In the very center of Sigulda, right across from the Station Square, a unique building with only seven apartments has just been completely renovated. Each apartment stands out with its individual layout and size.
The renovation and reconstruction were carried out in line with sustainable values — using environmentally friendly materials both for the façade and the interior finishes. All apartments are located on the second floor, while the first floor houses cozy shops and cafés.
The building’s distinctive pentagonal design and numerous windows placed at different heights ensure plenty of natural light in every apartment. The interiors combine minimalism and elegance, while maintaining full functionality. The floors are covered with natural oak parquet, adding warmth and comfort, while the ceiling finish features acoustic panels, providing excellent thermal and sound insulation, all while being an environmentally friendly choice.
Neutral color tones create a clean and open atmosphere, leaving room for new owners to add their personal touch.
