This villa in La Quinta brings together a frontline-golf position, exceptional architecture and far- reaching views over the fairways and the Mediterranean Sea. Set on a 1,009 m2 plot and offering 636 m2 of construction plus terraces, the villa presents a striking contemporary profile defined by symmetry, clean lines and a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior areas. Its privileged elevation within a gated section of La Quinta enhances privacy and security, giving the residence an exclusive presence in one of the area’s most sought-after enclaves.
Upon entering the home, the sense of space becomes immediately apparent. The main living level rises around an expansive open area where natural light filters in through full-height sliding panels that retract almost entirely. The interior design by NMobe incorporates refined textures and a gentle palette, supported by furnishings crafted by Aalto Exclusive Design. Every element—from the bespoke cabinetry to the lighting—contributes to a coherent aesthetic that feels both modern and warm, allowing the surroundings to remain at the forefront.
The kitchen and dining spaces continue this architectural precision. Smooth surfaces, premium appliances and generous countertop areas create an environment designed for everyday functionality as well as informal hosting. Because the kitchen opens directly to the living room and terrace, movement across the main floor feels intuitive. Large panes of glass ensure that views of the immaculate landscaping and the golf course remain part of the interior experience, so even routine moments benefit from the home’s extraordinary setting.
Outdoor living forms a central part of the property’s identity. The main terrace extends the entire width of the house and features an infinity pool aligned with the course below. A sunken lounge offers a sheltered spot for conversation, while the barbecue area supports relaxed gatherings with direct access to the kitchen and indoor dining space. The upper level expands the exterior offering through private terraces attached to several bedrooms, each providing open views that stretch out toward the sea.
Entertainment and wellbeing receive dedicated attention on the lower floor. A custom-built leisure room equipped with a full bar serves as a comfortable space for gatherings. The spa, designed with the same attention to detail as the main living areas, includes an indoor pool and sauna, creating a tranquil environment for relaxation. A private gym adds to the home’s lifestyle advantages, and the secure garage with an electric-vehicle charging port ensures everyday practicality.
The location within La Quinta enhances the property’s appeal even further. Situated only a short drive from La Quinta Golf & Country Club, residents enjoy immediate access to one of the area’s most respected courses, along with facilities such as The Clubhouse Restaurant and the wellness and padel club at The Westin La Quinta. The surroundings combine modern villas, elegant townhouses and well-kept residential avenues, contributing to a calm atmosphere that remains close to essential amenities. The beaches of San Pedro de Alcántara are within easy reach, offering coastal restaurants such as El Ancla and Kala Kalua, as well as a palm-lined promenade ideal for walking and cycling.
Daily convenience is supported by quality schools like Laude San Pedro International and links to supermarkets, cafés and fitness centres in Monte Halcones and Nueva Andalucía. Dining options in nearby areas include establishments such as Magna Café and 15 Restaurante, known for their elevated settings and consistent cuisine. Shopping districts around Puerto Banús expand the lifestyle offering with boutiques, luxury brands and waterfront cafés. Transport connections are straightforward, with reliable taxi services, local bus routes and swift access to the A-397 and AP-7, making movement along the coast efficient.
Through its architectural rigor, generous interior dimensions, exceptional leisure facilities and commanding frontline-golf position, The Ridge in La Quinta stands as a property where design, lifestyle and location align seamlessly.
