Beachside Villas is located in the Polis coastal area, in the north-western part of Cyprus, close to the Akamas Peninsula. This is a distinctive resort and summer residence area characterised by low-density development, a long sandy beach, the Mediterranean coastline and extensive natural surroundings. The area is well suited both for seasonal living and seaside holidays, as well as for purchasing a private summer residence.

A particular advantage of the project’s location is its proximity to the Akamas Peninsula and protected natural areas. The surroundings include areas that form part of the Natura 2000 network, including the Polis–Gialia conservation area, as well as protected bird habitats and sea turtle nesting sites. Beachside Villas is a development of 28 private 2- and 3-bedroom villas located right by the sea. The villas feature covered and uncovered terraces and private gardens, while a swimming pool is available as an optional extra. Certain villa types also offer the option to add a jacuzzi. An outdoor fitness area is also planned within the development.

The interiors feature natural materials, calm earthy tones and finishes inspired by the Mediterranean environment. The villa layouts and orientation have been designed to maximise the connection between the living areas and the outdoor spaces, and many of the villas enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea.

According to the current availability, 3 three-bedroom villas are presently offered for sale, with total covered areas ranging from 168 to 187 m² and plot sizes from 508 to 557 m². Sales prices range from EUR 805,200 to EUR 825,000 excluding VAT. The villas are scheduled for delivery within 20 months from the signing of the sale agreement.

Polis town centre is approximately a 12-minute drive away, while Latchi Harbour is around 15 minutes away. The beach is located in the immediate vicinity of the development. Paphos town can be reached in approximately 45 minutes, while Paphos International Airport is around one hour away.
