Velaro Homes is a development of 19 private 3- and 4-bedroom villas located in the Sea Caves area of Peyia, Paphos. Sea Caves is one of the best-known and most scenic coastal areas of Paphos, characterised by its rocky coastline, natural sea caves, expansive views of the Mediterranean Sea and low-density development. This part of the Paphos coastline is particularly popular for private homes and villas, combining privacy, a natural setting and convenient access to Peyia and Paphos.

The development comprises 19 villas with 3 or 4 bedrooms, private plots, swimming pools and parking for two cars. According to the current availability, villas are offered with plot sizes ranging from 315 to 730 m² and internal areas from 167 to 234 m². Prices for the available villas range from €975,000 to €2,080,000 + VAT.

Each villa has an individual layout and a different position within the development.
