EYWA Tree of Life is an ultra-luxury residential project in Dubai, created with a strong focus on well-being, sustainability, and long-term quality of living. The project comprises 52 residences, including two penthouses, and is designed for a limited number of residents who value space, privacy, and a carefully considered living environment.
The project is developed by the European real estate developer R.Evolution. The architectural and interior design solutions have been created by the OAD team, with BSBG acting as the lead technical consultants. The architectural concept is inspired by natural forms and the symbolism of life, creating a harmonious connection between the living spaces and the surrounding environment.
The residences are fully finished and equipped with high-quality materials, including marble finishes and parquet flooring in the bedrooms. The apartments feature representative kitchens with Australian Paldao cabinetry and premium household appliances. Larger layouts include additional service areas and discreet service access.
Apartment sizes are significantly larger than typical European standards.
Two-bedroom residences start from approximately 277 m², three-bedroom residences from approximately 477 m², four-bedroom residences from approximately 571 m², and five-bedroom residences reach approximately 820 m². The penthouse has an approximate total area of 1,468 m². These areas include generous terraces and outdoor living spaces, which form an integral part of the architectural concept.
Layouts are designed to maximise natural light, panoramic views, and a high level of privacy. Each residence features a private terrace or outdoor space suitable for relaxation, outdoor dining, and, in many cases, a private pool.
The project integrates advanced technologies to enhance everyday comfort and support a healthy living environment. These include high-efficiency air filtration, structured drinking and pool water systems, smart home solutions, acoustic comfort measures, and reduced electromagnetic exposure in bedroom areas. The project meets the highest international standards, as confirmed by WELL, LEED, and WiredScore Platinum certifications.
