A place for your country property or other activity by Lake Babīte. In recent years, quite intensive construction has been taking place in the nearby area. Distance from the center of Riga – 30 minutes.
The property consists of two land plots: 3.8 ha and 0.8 ha. The two plots are naturally separated by a ridge. The smaller plot has its own shoreline along Lake Babīte.
