The history of the manor dates back to the early 19th century, with its oldest structure preserved since 1850. The complex was expanded several times during the 20th century; however, following damage sustained during the Soviet period and a fire in the early 21st century, the manor has been completely restored in full respect of its cultural and historical value.

The restoration was carried out by the owner in cooperation with the National Cultural Heritage Board. The concept of the renovated building is based on a contrast between the historic log structure and modern CLT wooden constructions, complemented by glass elements and abundant natural light.
