Satekles Business Center will be located in the neighborhood of the Riga Central Railway Passenger Station and the Origo One Business Center, between Elizabetes, Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša, Dzirnavu, and Satekles Streets.

This upcoming modern office complex, consisting of five interconnected buildings, will also integrate two historical city heritage buildings. It will combine the highest quality standards and exceptional sustainability solutions (aiming for a BREEAM New Construction – Outstanding rating), creating a modern and pleasant work environment for both employees and visitors. The environmentally friendly project will be in a highly accessible location, with shopping centers, hotels, entertainment options, and various daily services located nearby.

The main building of the Satekles Business Center will have 7 floors, with a total office space of around 12,000 m² (including the complementary buildings). The opening is planned for 2025.
