The historic Zasu Manor building (Sassenhof), built in the mid-19th century as a wooden residential house in the neoclassical style (894 sq.m. in area, with the first floor measuring 344.1, the second floor 327.6, and the basement 222.3). Currently, the building has the status of an administrative building and is included in the State list of protected cultural monuments.
The building has brick foundations and a basement, wooden walls and roofing, a timber floor, a tin roof, city water, sewerage, and electricity supply, with gas and Riga Heat available.
Additional construction is possible on the existing property in the area designated for multi-story residential development (DzD1). The permissible floor height is up to 6 floors. A sketch project for the construction of a multi-apartment building can be seen in the images.
