One of the four sections of terraced houses built in 2023 in the central part of Jugla in the "Jugla Oasis" project is available for purchase. The house is completely new, unfurnished, so the new owners will have the opportunity to furnish everything as they wish. The centre of Riga can be reached in 40 minutes by public transport and in 20 minutes by private car. There are several forests, parks and walking areas in the immediate vicinity, such as Kēgermuižas Park and Strazdumuiža Park with access to Lake Jugla, as well as Mežciems Forest and Velnezers, where to spend some free time outdoors. IKEA is 3 kilometres away.
