Ozolpils

The Ozolpils manor complex is for sale, which is located in the Smārde parish of the Tukuma region. The manor is located in the south of the parish by the highway A10 (E22), 6.7 km from the center of the parish, Smārde, and 57 km from Riga. Ozolpils is the center of an ancient settlement - Ozolmuiža. There is fragmentary information about the former manor, but it is known that in the 17th century it belonged to the Duke of Kurzeme, while later during the Tsarist Russia it was a crown manor and belonged to the state, where livestock and crops were grown for state needs. On the other hand, the current building in the center of the manor was built in 1931 as a local parish and association house.
The manor complex consists of 3 large main buildings and auxiliary buildings.
