A two-story apartment is for long-term rent, located in a new, closed village of private houses in Dzilnuciems.
There are four two-story apartments located in the house, it is possible to rent up to 2 a/m parking spaces next to the house, where the price of one space is 25Eur+VAT
The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen combined with a living room. In addition, there is a fitted wardrobe and a small room for storing belongings. The apartment is designed in austere Scandinavian design.
The total area of ​​the apartment is 125m2 and an additional 25m2 wide terrace. It has its own exit to a 120m2 personal, green area and a parking space for two cars with the possibility to charge an electric car.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a hood, an induction stove, a convection oven and a dishwasher. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a sink, shower cabin, towel dryer and toilet bowl, electric, the bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub instead of a shower cabin, as well as a washing machine with a dryer.
The first floor of the house is furnished, but the second floor can be furnished according to the catalog of your choice or the one offered. Furnishing one room costs 50 Eur plus a small fee.
The premises are designed with local air cooling equipment. Heating and cooling of the premises is provided by an air/water heat pump and heated/cooled floors. Exhaust ventilation is installed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The other rooms are created with natural draft ventilation openings in the outer wall.
