Production complex. The property contains a closed territory of 1,4204 ha with production / storehouse, administrative building commissioned in 1980 and production building commissioned in 1954. The complex has a connection to an infrastructure adjusted to the production: two transformer sub-stations, each 1000 kW; two additional sub-stations, each 620 kW; distribution sub-statiton; LAARS MIGHTY THERM (USA) gas heating boilers; circulation pump stations; fire-safety pump station; municipal water main, sewerage and rainwater sewerage connections. 1) Administrative block: 5,666 sq.m. with 2 passenger elevators, each 1,200 kg of carrying capacity. Some premises have been redecorated, have fire-safety and security alarms installed. 2) Production and storehouse blocks: 13,026 sq. m, 9 floors out of which the plinth storey is taken up with electric transformer sub-stations and four pairs of production storeys (ceiling height 4.7 m) plus technical storey (ceiling height 2.7 m) are taken up with communications. Such construction allows to limit off the production premises from communications (ventilation, cables etc.). Two completely functional cargo elevators with bearing capacity of 3 t are located in the production area. In the warehouse area: ceiling height 7.4 m. Connected to production block.
