"Elizabetes Rezidence" is one of the brightest pearls of the architectural heritage of Riga. The house was built in the late 19th century and its historical appearance was restored in 2017.
The building is located in the silent center, surrounded by pearls of the Art Nouveau architecture, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, which in turn provides a modern environment of sophisticated comfort of life. Baumanis created the internal and external appearance of the building No. 18 at Elizabetes Street according to the idea of the entrepreneur and philanthropist Kristaps Bergs in whose name Berga Bazaar was named.
