Park Residences, a home in Riga's new waterfront quarter

Park Residences is a new residential complex on the Andrejsala Peninsula, located at Eksporta iela 11, Ziemeļu rajons, Riga, LV-1045, part of the large scale Riga Waterfront development. The project is being delivered by the international developer Eagle Hills, founded by Mohamed Alabbar, whose meticulously planned communities span more than 30 years, from Croatia to Morocco, known for world class architecture and the highest standard of living environments.
