Mūkusalas Promenāde, 29 Mūkusalas Street
The two-level multi-residential development Promenāde has been implemented on the left bank of the Daugava River, parallel to Mūkusalas Street and the upcoming walking promenade along the Daugava River in the historic industrial district of Riga.
The development consists of two apartment buildings at 25 and 29 Mūkusalas Street.
A total of 41 apartments have been commissioned as part of the first stage of the development, and 63 apartments will be put into commission in September this year, after the completion of the second-stage reconstruction work.
The apartments are offered in either a shell & core or fully fitted condition.
The fully finished apartments feature:

Apartments are sold both with built-in kitchen and appliances and without them.
The first building of the Promenāde development is being reconstructed at 29 Mūkusalas Street.
The four floors of this building include 41 single-storey apartments, duplex apartments and triplex apartments.
The maximum ceiling height of the apartments is 6 metres, so many apartments can be arranged on two and three levels.
Some apartments feature a spacious deck with panoramic views over the Daugava River and the Old Town.
The second stage of the Promenāde development involves the reconstruction of the building at 25 Mūkusalas Street.
The six floors of the building will include 63 apartments – single-storey apartments (on the 2nd to 4th floor) and duplex apartments (on the 5th and 6th floor). Most apartments will come with spacious decks.
The Mūkusalas Promenade, which is set to be improved in 2019, runs along the Promenāde development.
During the reconstruction of the section from Akmens Bridge to Salu Bridge, the pedestrian staircases will be renovated, pedestrian footpaths and bikeways will be constructed, a recreation area will be set up and a viewing platform will be built.
