The studies at the School of Real Estate Transaction Managers will be held in Riga from 8 to 12 October 2018. They will provide an in-depth insight into the profession of the real estate transaction manager, and the school will admit those participants who will be able to substantiate their desire to become a real estate transaction manager.

“The economic development trends in Latvia also affect the real estate sector. Currently, there are about 1,500 apartments in new developments under construction in Riga. The average purchase price of property in new developments is EUR 86,000 and 40% of such dwellings are purchased by buyers aged 26-30. At the same time, the sector experiences a lack of well-focused and proactive real estate transaction managers, so our goal is to train promisingand accountable individuals who are interested in the real estate sector and want to earn their professional qualifications, while securing a lucrative job over the long term,” says Ermīns Sniedze, Head of Residential Brokerage Department at Latio.

The real estate transactions manager provides and manages a full set of services in regard to real estate transactions in the residential sector, such as purchase and sale, as well as lease and rent of land, houses and apartments in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. This job requires continuous communication between two parties involved: the seller or the landlord of the property and the buyer or tenant of the property. Often, two or even three languages have to be used during work, so the knowledge of foreign languages ​​in this profession is considered to be an advantage.
