On the five floors of the building, apartments with full finishing and furniture are available with an area ranging from 29 to 68 square metres. During the promotion, one-bedroom apartment with an area of 29.3 square metre can be bought starting from 32 552 EUR, two-bedroom apartment with complete finishing starting from 39 551 EUR, three-bedroom apartment with complete finishing starting from 55 550 EUR. For the convenience of new owners, during the promotion, apartments can be bought only with a parking place – the price of an above-ground parking place is 2990 EUR whereas the price for an underground place amounts to 4990 EUR.
