Development of a single classification system of commercial real estate to be continued

Up to now, real estate agencies have been providing for different and even contradictory information on the same types of commercial real estate to their prospective or regular clients quite frequently. One of the reasons for such a situation is application of varied classification systems which often are not in line with the internationally adopted classification principles. Hence all participants of commercial real estate market - developers, owners, investors, and tenants – will benefit from a single classification system of offices, retail space, warehouses, hotels, developed according to certain criteria, explicitly defined, and applicable to both the domestic and foreign markets.
