“The interest in our first five tours was very high; therefore, we decided to organise them regularly by inviting people every Wednesday and Thursday to different housing projects in Riga, its closest surroundings and Jurmala. Participants of the tours in July welcomed the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the projects, get detailed information about them, compare their advantages and disadvantages; therefore, we decided to preserve the existing on-site visiting model – during one tour we will offer new houses of a similar type in a particular region. The participants of the tour will receive detailed information about each project, as well as free advisory services of “Latio” real estate agents”, describes “Latio” sales manager Aldis Riekstiņš.
The number of participants of each tour is limited. Therefore, it is advisable to apply for them in due time, notes A.Riekstiņš. You can apply for the tours on the company’s webpage, in the section "Ekskursija". In this section of the webpage you can get information about the proposed routes, time and news of the tours. “Latio” also offers an opportunity to organise individual tours.
