Luxury building that is just renovated is an ideal space for business offices, location near the Albert Hotel un The Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Throughout the building, there is oak-tree flooring with preserved authentic dimensions and drawings. New, similar-sized pieces were inserted to substitute the missing fragments of the flooring in representative rooms. In some rooms, flooring is formed of 14 cm to 17 cm wide oak boards.
