Utility costs: cold water – according to the meter in the apartment; electricity – according to the meter; waste collection; heating (autonomous gas boiler in the house) – according to the meter in the apartment. Heating costs during colder months are approximately €60/month. No additional management or renovation fees.

Parking is available.
If needed, it is possible to rent a storage room in the utility building for €20/month (for storing a bicycle, skis or other belongings). Video surveillance on the property.

Rental term: 1 year.
Deposit: 2 months.
When meeting new tenants, we will ask about employment and previous place of residence.
