The apartment has undergone major renovation - the concrete floor covering has been renovated, all electrical wiring, plumbing, windows, radiators, built-in kitchen equipment and household appliances have been replaced, high-quality exterior doors, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes have been installed. There are no uncoordinated reconstructions.
There is parking available at the house and there is a good public transport infrastructure. There are schools, kindergartens, shops nearby.
The house is managed by Dzīks "Pavadonis". Repair and improvement works are regularly carried out in the house (e.g., risers have been replaced, the elevator has been renovated).
