Recently constructed connections for city water supply and sewage networks up to the boundary of the land plot.
An agreement has been signed with AS "Sadales tīkls" for the construction of electricity networks. External electricity networks will be connected to the land plot, and an electricity cabinet will be installed.
The new owner will be able to request a new connection after the electricity networks are built. Currently, the indicative cost for an electricity connection with 3-phase/16A is approximately EUR 825 (including VAT).
