For sale: Gatarta Manor, nestled amidst trees in a scenic, elevated hilly area in Drusti Parish. The manor was built by the Baltic German researcher Ludwig Karl August von Hagemeister. After World War II, the manor housed the Gatarta village council and library. Significant property improvements have been made over the past 20 years.

Events are held in the manor house, with the main hall accommodating up to 100 guests and an adjoining dance hall. The second floor has several rooms for up to 40 guests, along with multiple bathrooms (toilets, showers) and a kitchen with several sinks.

The well-maintained grounds feature landscaped gardens and a circular driveway in front of the manor. There is also a pond on the property. The gardener’s house next to the manor has new wooden windows in the original style and repaired chimneys. On the outskirts of the manors land is a workshop belonging to a third party. The property is accessible by a good road, with asphalt up to Drusti and approximately 2.5 km of well-maintained gravel road to the property.

The village of Gatarta (from the German Gotthardsberg) is located in Drusti Parish, Smiltene Municipality, 3 km from the parish center Drusti, 30 km from the municipal center Smiltene, and 112 km from Riga.
