Land plot at Narva Street 4 without existing constructions to be used for development. The land is situated in the protective area of Riga historical centre, in Valmiera Street neighbourhood, in territory of former Riga Glass Factory. The historical buildings have been torn down.
Land plot with area of 1,688 m2 without any constructions, even, enclosed with a fence, all municipal utilities nearby. In 2018, a development proposal was drawn up for the land plot, intending to build a 5-storey residential / office building with a total area of 4,474 m2 (useful area – 3,144 m2) and underground parking lot.
