The interior walls of each townhouse can be customized to meet each client's needs, as they are non-load-bearing, providing complete freedom in layout choice. In the UPLEVEL HOME demo house, you can explore all three finishing levels and the materials used. The demo townhouse is designed in warm earth tones with modern accents in the interior, creating a cozy atmosphere and equipped with technical solutions that meet modern standards. Every room and detail in the interior is carefully considered.
The UPLEVEL HOME demo house features a spacious living room combined with a kitchen area, a bathroom, and a technical room that can be adapted as a small work zone on the 1st floor; three rooms, a bathroom, and a wardrobe on the 2nd floor; and a rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor.
Each townhouse has a planned living area of 102 m² (48 m² – first-floor area + 54 m² – second-floor area) + 45 m² rooftop terrace, with a total usable area of 147 m², as well as a separate adjoining green area at the 1st-floor level.
INTERIOR FINISHING AND QUALITY
Three levels of finishing options are offered to clients, considering individual preferences: "Business," "Business Plus," and "Business Extra."
The "Business" (basic) level of finishing includes: full interior finishing – interior doors, parquet, tiles, sanitary ware, hidden "shadow" profiles on ceilings and floors, a ventilation system with heat recovery, an air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating, and optical internet cable.
The "Business Plus" finishing level (in addition to the "Business" finish) includes: design catalog tiles, selected parquet boards, corridor floor perimeter lighting, interior doors without trim (hidden or "invisible doors").
The "Business Extra" finishing level (in addition to the "Business Plus" finish) includes: illuminated staircase steps, selected design parquet and tiles, ceiling perimeter lighting in corridors and living rooms, and selected design switches and sockets.
