In a renovated Art Nouveau house in Grīziņkalns, Riga, 1-room and 2-room apartments are available.
The architect of the building is Edmunds von Trompovskis and the house was built in 1909. It is located at the intersection of Augšiela and A.Deglava streets, not far from Grīziņkalns park.
Renovation works will continue until July this year, but the building has already been divided into separate apartment properties.
The following works will be carried out or are already done in the renovation process:
• The courtyard facade of the building has been restored;
• The staircases have been renovated;
• New communications are installed in all apartments - electricity, water, sewage and heating;
• The street facade and courtyard of the building will be tidied up by July.
The apartments are offered for purchase without finishing, so that each owner can adapt them to their wishes and needs. If necessary, the project developer can offer repair services to obtain an apartment with full finishing.
For an additional fee, it is possible to buy parking spaces in a secure, fenced yard, as well as storage rooms, which are located on each floor of the building.
The developer cooperates with banks to offer bank financing for the purchase and renovation of an apartment up to 85% of the amount, but with the help of the Altum program - up to 95% financing.
Opposite the building is the Daugava Stadium, where a hockey hall and athletics arena were recently built. The surrounding streets have also been arranged to create a better and more comfortable living environment.
