Apartments are offered for sale in a renovated Art Nouveau building at 10 Ernesta Birznieka-Upisa Street in the centre of Riga.
The house, built according to the design by Martins Nuksa in 1912, with an inner courtyard has been renovated in accordance with modern requirements: the facade of the building has been restored and the roofing has been changed. The utility and engineering networks as well as intermediate floors have been completely replaced. The building has district heating with thermoregulation and an individual meter for each apartment. Schindler lifts have been installed in the staircases.
There are 34 apartments available in the courtyard house: one one-room apartment (32 sqm), 11 two-room apartments (41 to 64 sqm) and 16 three-room apartments (57 to 84 sqm) as well as 6 duplex apartments with 2, 3 or 4 rooms with panoramic views of the city.
Insulation has been implemented in the apartments, windows have been replaced and a ventilation system has been installed. The dwellings are offered for sale with interior decoration: parquet flooring made of oak or ash, IDEAL (Germany) sanitary ware. Fireproof entrance doors, high-speed optical internet, and an intercom are also installed in the apartments.
A private closed car parking space in the courtyard of the house is available at an additional charge for convenience of the new owners.
The building in the yard was putted in to operation in December 2019, the facade building - in the spring of 2020.
