LOFT & ROSEGOLD

The LOFTS & ROSEGOLD project is located at Strelnieku Street, 8 - in the most respectable and prestigious part of Riga, yet away from popular tourist sites and places, thereby ensuring a silent and moderate lifestyle. Within a short walk are the pearls of Art Nouveau architecture inscribed on UNESCO heritage list. In the immediate vicinity of the project, prestigious Riga educational institutions are found, at a distance of two blocks - Kronvalda Park, Viesturdarzs, Old Town.
The project comprises a brand new 7-storey building and a 4-storey building - an architectural monument of the Neo-Renaissance style.
In this building, 5 loft apartments or commercial premises are provided, featuring ceiling heights between 3.11 m and 6.54 m. The new building includes 70 apartments with balconies and terraces measuring between 50.2 to 171.4 sq.m. Ceiling height is 2.96 sq.m., on the 7th floor - 3.00 m.
The project is a vivid example of synergy among different era arts, where the historical building is assigned the role of a precious stone, and the new one carries the role of a sophisticated, highlighting rose gold frame. The architectural form of the new Rosegold building carefully outlines the old building, as if protecting the historic Lofts building and emphasizing its beauty.
The main lobby of the building is considered the heart of Lofts & Rosegold - a spacious hall of 220 sq.m. with a glass roof, 4.2 m high ceilings, and a fireplace 3 m long. In the future, the lobby may become a center of attraction and communication for residents of the quarter.
When developing the Lofts & Rosegold project, parameters were taken into account and set that exceeded the EU construction standards and meet the increased safety and comfort requirements, thereby making it a project of Premium Plus category.
The price of the parking space is EUR 20,000.
