Meet us at “Housing Days 2024”

Two days, on May 17th and 18th visit us at Domina Shopping Centre, where Latvian Association of Real Estate Transactions (LANĪDA) in collaboration with Citadele Bank will host the second Housing Days event.

Engage with experienced professional real estate agents and certified appraisers, explore the latest property offerings in Riga's residential market, and discover career opportunities with Latio! By attending the event, you will get the chance to gain invaluable insights into home acquisition, market trends, learn new project offerings, and get special mortgage deals from Citadele Bank, as well as chance to learn more about about timber house manufacturing. Additionally, industry professionals, experts, and other enthusiasts are invited to join networking breakfasts and discussions on the first day of the event to explore new project and timber house construction trends in Latvia.

At Latio booth, visitors will get an overview of the latest housing offerings, whether they're interested in buying or renting properties. Three unique projects will be introduced: compact residences on Sparģeļu Street near Ziedoņdārzs Park, a new and modern apartment complex in Baloži, and a historic hotel building on Ģertrūdes Street soon to be transformed into residential housing. During the event, homeowners can take advantage of a complimentary special offer: our real estate appraisars will assess property’s approximate market value and share its provisional selling price, as well as receive advice on rental matters.

"While the overall real estate market has slowed down in the past two years, there's noticeable movement in the housing segment, especially now, with more realistic forecasts from banking experts regarding the EURIBOR rate. We observed potential buyer interest as early as last October when we participated in the first 'Housing Days' event. Apartments in new projects continue to attract attention, demand is high, but decisions are being made more cautiously and slowly. Developers need to keep this in mind when planning future home construction. The advantage of 'Housing Days' lies in bringing together various stakeholders—buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, industry experts, and enthusiasts. This allows for a comprehensive overview and understanding of each party's desires, enabling market participants to reach results more efficiently. For us, as one of the most experienced players in the real estate market, such an event is a great opportunity not only to share Latio's expertise but also to network with other real estate companies and grasp market trends," outlines Evija Dzenīte, Head of Latio's Housing Sales Department.

The Latio booth also welcomes anyone interested in pursuing a career in property sales and valuation across different market segments.

Housing Days are organized by the Latvian Real Estate Transaction Association LANĪDA, Citadele Bank, and DOMINA SHOPPING. Event supporters include EfTEN Capital and the real estate advertisement portal City24.lv, as well as the Latvian Timber Construction Cluster. The event will run for two days from 10 am to 7 pm.
