I recommend Latio real estate agency. Thanks to real estate agent Taras Gumenyuk, who showed a high level of professionalism in his field, knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian languages and good personal qualities, the real estate transaction went smoothly.

I acquired a 'kopīpašums' (co-ownership) property through Latio. This was a novel experience for me, but the agent - Taras Gumenyuk - explained the process in great detail, kept me updated at all stages and answered my many questions with patience and professionalism. He speaks English very well, and was a pleasure to communicate with. I recommend Taras (and Latio in general) highly!

I had an excellent experience working with Taras Gumenyuk and would highly recommend him, especially to anyone living outside Latvia who needs help managing a real estate transaction there. I live in the United States and contacted Taras regarding a property in Riga. From our very first conversation, he was responsive, professional, patient, and easy to reach. Taras clearly explained the entire process and helped with the necessary documents, notary arrangements, preparing the property for sale, and communication with everyone involved in the transaction. What I appreciated most was knowing that, even though I was not in Latvia, I could fully rely on Taras. He always answered my questions patiently, helped resolve complicated situations, and remained calm and professional throughout the entire process. I am very grateful for his support and would confidently recommend Taras to anyone looking to sell a property in Latvia, especially those living abroad.
