AgreeWe start reserving 1-4 room apartments in the brand new project Heila Parks on the shore of the Lake Kīšezers. The complex will include nine apartment buildings. The buildings are constructed according to Scandinavian technology using - prefabricated wooden systems made of timber produced in Latvia and strengthened with metal structures. Fermacell finishing plates having excellent fire protection and sound insulation capacity are used in the interior decoration. Monolithic reinforced concrete slab foundation , reinforced concrete stairs. PVC triple-glazed windows with two chambers.

The construction will be launched in winter of 2022/2023. The first building will be ready for living by the spring of 2024, the second – by the autumn of 2024, the third – by the spring of 2025.
The area where the Heila Parks complex is being developedhas a long and symbolic past/history, the story of which has inspired the implementation of this project. In early 20th century, the Heilshof manor – an ensemble of wooden buildings, was located in the vicinity of the project.
