BOXETTI _ICON is a unique row house project in the quiet district Valteri in Jurmala, developed by a team of BOXETTI architects and designers. The concept consists of 6 independent and technically unrelated units - apartments.
Two of the apartments are exclusively fully furnished (including the highest quality built-in full-service kitchens and appliances).
One of the apartments located in the first section is an exclusive two-level apartment with an expensive design furniture - BOXETTI kitchen with brass finish and BOSCH kitchen appliances, one loft-type bedroom, with a total area of 130.8 m2. The apartment is equipped with Bonaldo sofa (Italy), Querkus smoked oak wall panels (Belgium) design stairs with steel cladding panels and painted steps, polished concrete screed floors, on the second floor - carpet tiles.
The other five-section apartments are located on 3 floors. Each of them has three bedrooms on the second floor, the total area of each apartment is 167.7 m2 and the roof terrace (from 50 to 140 m2, according to the individual plan of each apartment).
The building is built of expanded clay blocks, reinforced concrete floor panels, insulated with 250 mm thick stone wool. The walls are covered with pine thermal wood panels - a unique material that turns gray over time and does not require maintenance or painting, lubrication.
The building has aluminum ALIPLAST windows (Belgium) with tinted, painted triple glazing (UV protection on the south side).
The row house owns the land - one-sixth of the total area of 1790 sqm (supposed parts).
The object is located 200 meters from the Lielupe bathing place (great river view from the roof terrace), on one side it borders the pine forest.
The driveway is paved with black BRIKERS pavement, the territory is covered with pine chips.
Effective PEDRAL light objects are located throughout the territory.
Technologies: AJAX wireless alarm system is installed in the object.
Each apartment has an autonomous gas condensing combined boiler WOLF (Germany) with a built-in water boiler. Economical heated floors.
The object is connected to the city sewerage and water, there is also a separate deep water well (85 m) - for the needs of the territory. Electrical connection ELECTRUM.
Small real estate taxes - for individuals 78 EUR / year, land tax 6 EUR / year Average heating costs 50 EUR / month (splitted by year)
