Riga is an amazing city with unique architecture. Almost every building has its own special characteristics, stories, and fate. “Blaumaņa residence” is not an exception — the house was built in 1897 by the leading architect of the last century Karl Felsko.
Famous writers, musicians, actors, ballet dancers and other representatives of the cultural elite of modernism have lived in its walls. We set it as our goal to renovate this architectural monument of the late nineteenth century and bring new life to it. The high-level work of the professionals, as well as the advanced technology used during the renovation, and construction process has allowed us to combine two different time periods in their very best manifestation.
Today “Blaumaņa residence” is a true example of a traditional European architecture interpretation in contemporary surroundings.
