In the historical part of Mezaparks, at A. Sakses Street, 4 new apartments are for sale in a fully renovated building, ranging in size from 100 sq.m to 224 sq.m.
The residential building is a national architectural monument of Art Nouveau, built in 1909, the architect is S. Nudelmanis, the customer is F. von Zalcmanis. Since laced wooden adornments are richly used in the architectural decoration of the facade, its architecture evokes associations with the architecture of houses common in the Alpine region, and this style is also called the “Swiss summer cottage style”.
The building was completely renovated, new external and internal service lines were laid (power supply with a separate switchboard and automation for each apartment, water and sewage, gas pipeline), landscaped area - a new fence was installed, lawn was made. Paved courtyard to park 8-10 cars. The building has a basement of 37 sq.m with technical rooms (a gas-based boiler, a water boiler) and storage compartments.
On both floors, the ceiling height is 3 m; the historic wooden staircase, wooden porch, fireplaces and other historical details of the house have been restored. The concept of the interior of the apartments was developed by the design studio Krassky.
Flooring - tiles and 2-layer oak flooring. All bathrooms have electric underfloor heating. The bathrooms are finished with high-quality large tiles (90x90 cm) made by the Italian manufacturer Blustyle. In some rooms, mosaic tiles Encaustic Grafito made by the Spanish manufacturer Apavisa were used.
The sanitary ware and fixtures installed are made by manufacturers Villeroy & Boch, Grohe, PAA and Tece.
Doors - custom-designed, produced according to German technology using and in combination with glued pine material, plywood and fiberboard. Installed quality switches and sockets LS 990 are made by the German manufacturer Jung.
The building will be completed in the fall of 2019. As a result of purchase transaction, the buyer will acquire:
1) a separate apartment;
2) undivided shares of the common-use areas in the building (stairwell, basement);
3) undivided shares of the land;
4) two parking spaces for an apartment are possible (the price per parking space is EUR 10,000).
Each buyer will sign an agreement on regulations for deployment of the common-use areas, land and parking.
