The new multi-residential development Trebū HOME is planned as a long-term development project that will include a vast landscaped area of more than 10 hectares in Riga, on the right bank of the Daugava River, in a quiet and green area between Lubānas, Salnas and Kupriču Streets. At least 25 buildings with 1,500 apartments and commercial premises will be built in this neighbourhood within the next ten years. The first two five-storey apartment houses of the Trebū HOME development will be commissioned in the spring of 2018. The new residents are offered a choice of 108 apartments with a total area of more than 3,000 sq m:

• apartments of 36 sq m
• two-room apartments of 40-52 sq m
• three-room apartments of 67-68 sq m
• four-room apartments of 80 sq m.

The apartments are offered in a fully fitted condition, with high-quality materials and plumbing. The layout of the apartments is well thought out in such a way that residents can use all the available space. All apartments come with balconies, except the ground floor apartments, which have terraces on a 1.2 m high fenced deck.

Each building has two elevators and two lockable staircases with intercoms and security systems. The adjacent area offers parking spaces and bicycle racks, while the ground floor of the building has lockable storage rooms for each apartment, as well as space for storing baby strollers and other things.

Quality and energy efficiency are set as priorities in the process of constructing Trebū HOME and choosing materials. The buildings will be made of monolithic concrete and will feature triple glazed windows. Thermally modified timber will be used in the finish of balconies and terraces. Landscaping and planting of greenery will focus, among other things, on the preservation of the apple trees growing in the area, which are a landmark and a unique feature of this development.

Particular attention is paid to the landscape design of Trebū HOME: the area of 10 hectares will be well lit and equipped with walkways and benches for relaxation, and generously planted with trees and flowers. The courtyard of each Trebū HOME building will have a playground for the smallest residents, and the area will also include a recreation ground for older children. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the facilities for physical activities, such as sports grounds, outdoor machines and basketball courts, as well as running tracks and bikeways.
