On the corner of Tallinas and Krasotaju streets of dynamically developing Riga city center there is a reconstruction of wonderful building of the beginning of the last century is being made. The house with inner courtyard was built based on the project of a well-known Latvian architect Janis Alksnis. It was built in rationalistically simple, but architecturally expressive forms of neoclassicism. Thanks to the efforts of architects and restorers the building is being restored in accordance with modern requirements, carefully preserving its architectural value. The façade, inner courtyard and surrounding territories are fitting organically into the historical architectural appearance of the district, which will become a new Riga tourist center, according to city development plans.

The main focus of the project is a high quality construction and decoration. All the details and design elements are made using eco-friendly and high-quality materials. Every modern requirement for creating spacious and cozy apartments was taken into account while planning the interior. There is 48 flats for a wide range of potential buyers ranging from 24 m2 to 70 m2. Future tenants will have an opportunity to choose the most suitable option for themselves - a studio apartment or an apartment with one or two bedrooms. Every flat is fully decorated.

Every communication of the building will be replaced with a new one, which guarantees an effective and convenient use. The will be a fire alarm, internet and IP-television. Every apartment will have a separate electricity and water meter installed. The modern facade insulation technologies provide residents with cost-effective heating.

Paying a tribute to the historical value of the building, to the stairwells and to the unique interior of the building we have truly revived the charm of the Art Nouveau era. Authentic double-glazed wooden windows guarantee a high level of sound insulation and noise protection. There is also a special place for storing bicycles and other things in the basement. The green zone with playground and a cozy resting place is being restored in the courtyard.

The architectural value, convenient location, combined with high quality renovations and every modern living standard in mind – it is all that forming the uniqueness of the Tallinas Street 86 project.

A convenient location of the house and a developed infrastructure is an important advantage of the project. There is two large parks – Grizinkalns and Ziedondarzs, the Daugava stadium, St.Paul's Church, ARS clinic, German Herders school, medical college and a lot more nearby.
